Welcome to the Yorkshire Kidney Research Fund

It is a sad fact, but many of us working and associated with the Yorkshire Kidney Research Fund have first hand experience of the devastation to families caused through kidney disease and kidney failure. The good news is we are doing so much about it and in the future we hope to do even more. We have ambitious but attainable plans and I am keen to establish a range of support groups throughout the region to be a further network to success. I would also like to invite four enthusiastic volunteers to join our central Committee to bring new ideas and outlooks and help us to grasp all the opportunities that are ahead of us. By welcoming new people, we can grow and the results of our work can help more patients and their families and this is critical. If you think you can join us I would love to hear from you. In my role as Chairman, I am proud to be working with so many highly professional and experienced people and to see the smiles and relief of patients who thanks to everyone involved here at the YKRF, will now have a future.
